Sailing round-trip from Papeete port, Tahiti, uncover the world-famous Society islands of French Polynesia by small ship. Bora Bora, Taha`a, Moorea, Huahine, Raiatea - islands sculpted by sky-piercing, moss-green peaks and lined with vivid turquoise lagoons. Island hopping allows you to see every landscape, from geometric ridges strung with waterfalls on the high islands to flat, desert-like atolls where lagoons far outsize the landmass. There are many sides to the Islands of Tahiti, yet they are all connected by Mana. Mana is a life force and spirit that surrounds us. You can see it. Touch it. Taste it. Feel it. And from the moment you arrive, you will understand why locals say the islands are embraced by Mana.

Highlights of this cruise:

Papeete
Tahiti is the largest of the Polynesian islands with its population most concentrated in Papeete which is a major shipping crossroad located on Tahiti's northwest corner.

Shopping-lovers will enjoy Papeete's chic shops, busy municipal market, waterfront area and lively mix of French, Polynesian, and Chinese cultures. Its suburbs sprawl up the mountains overlooking the city for miles along the coast in both directions.

The interior of the island offers splendid and unforgettable opportunities for hiking or safari 4x4 excursions, with impressive waterfalls, archeological sites, grottos and more.

Huahine
Huahine is an island located among the Society Islands, in French Polynesia, an overseas territory of France in the Pacific Ocean. It is part of the Leeward Islands group and is situated 175 km's northwest of Tahiti. It is made up of two main islands surrounded by a coral reef with several motu. Huahine Nui (Big Huahine) lies to the north and Huahine Iti (Little Huahine) to the south. The two islands are separated by a few hundred yards of water and joined by a sandspit at low tide. A small bridge was built to connect Huahine Nui and Huahine Iti.

Huahine has deep water bays and lagoons, lush mountains and beautiful white sand beaches. The lagoon, bordered by white sand beaches, is rich with sea life, and Maeva Village is a wealth of archeological sites. The principal village of Fare has attractive shady almond and acacia trees. You can go horse riding to the beaches or into the mountains along established trails. There are also 4x4s, cars, bicycles and scooters to rent to venture around the island. Lagoon excursions, motor boat sailing, scuba diving, and deep-sea fishing are also enjoyed here.

Rangiroa
Rangiroa or Te Kokota, is the largest atoll in the Tuamotus, and one of the largest in the world. It is located in the Palliser group. The nearest atoll is Tikehau, located only 12 Km to the West. The atoll consists of about 250 islands, islets and sandbars comprising a total land area of about 170 km2. There are approximately 100 narrow passages, called hoa, in the fringing reef. The lagoon is approximately 1600 km2. It is so large that it has its own horizon. The chief town is Avatoru, located in the northwestern part of the atoll.

Rangiroa offers a number of attractions, the best known being its diving. It is regarded one of the world's greatest diving destinations, attracting both amateur and professional divers worldwide. Other attractions include lagoon excursions, Beaches, Avatoru and Tiputa villages, pearl farm tours, and a wide range of water based activities.

Moorea
Moorea is situated approximately 17 km's northwest of Tahiti, in the French Polynesian Society group of islands, located in the South Pacific Ocean. The scenery on Moorea is spectacular with its volcanic peaks best viewed from Cook's Bay and Opunohu Bay, or from the Belvedere Lookout point between the two bays. Its mountain slopes are covered with rain forest or pineapple plantations, and white sand beaches border crystal blue lagoons.

Attractions on the island include the Tiki village, the beautiful large garden and old colonial home at Kellum, Opunohu valley and island tours. There are a broad range of nautical activities on offer, including deep sea fishing, motor boat cruising, sailing, scuba diving, coral gazing and shell collecting using glass-bottom boats.
